Step 1 β Steel and coating
The process starts with colour-coated or galvanised steel coil. The steel is uncoiled and profiled into the top and bottom faces of the panel, giving the ribs and grooves that let panels lock together.
Step 2 β Foam injection
On a continuous production line, the two steel faces pass through a double-belt laminator. Liquid polyurethane (PU or PIR) is injected between them and expands to form the rigid insulating core. Continuous lines give consistent density and thickness across every panel.
Step 3 β Curing and cutting
After the foam sets, the continuous panel is cut to length. Panel edges are then profiled for the camlock joints that seal panels together on site.
Step 4 β Quality control
Every batch is tested in-house for thermal conductivity, density, compressive strength, water absorption and fire rating. Third-party verification is carried out annually.
Step 5 β Packing and shipping
Finished panels are protected for export packing and loaded into containers β carefully stacked to arrive in perfect condition.
Why the process matters to you
How panels are made determines how they perform: consistent density means consistent insulation, and precise profiling means airtight joints. That is what keeps your cold room efficient for years.
